Sanchita Srivastava, Senior UX Designer

I am a people person at heart, and I love connecting with others through thoughtful, meaningful conversations. Empathy naturally shapes how I see the world and approach problems, while my background in engineering brings structure and analytical thinking to the way I work. UX brings these two sides of me together, allowing me to combine my curiosity about people with my love for solving problems.

I combine deep UX research practices with an AI-augmented design workflow to speed up discovery, build scalable systems, and bridge business strategy with technical delivery.

  1. 2025/07 – Present

    Product Designer

    Freelance

    • Pivoted FoundersBrew’s product direction from a motivation tracker to a clarity-focused platform, based on 0-to-1 discovery interviews with 9+ founders.
    • Turned founders’ spoken input into structured, actionable insights by designing the end-to-end experience and conversational flows for a voice-based AI research agent.
    • Cut concept-to-feedback time by building the design system, brand and prototypes from scratch with AI-assisted workflows, then testing them with 8+ founders.
    • Made 7+ complex high-performance computing and rendering farm workflows simpler to use as a freelance consultant, and gave a mental health organisation a refreshed brand identity.
  2. 2019/04 – 2025/04

    Sr. Designer

    HCL Softwares, BigFix · Bengaluru, India

    • Partnered with product leadership during BigFix’s transition from on-premise to SaaS, delivered framework for onboarding and notification systems within 6 months of being onboarded on the SaaS venture, which was used across 8+ SaaS product modules.
    • Designed and streamlined end to end process flows for the enterprise compliance portfolio, delivering an improved operational efficiency by ~20% across 3+ major releases in a heavily constrained environment, tailored for our client.
    • Delivered 12+ end to end workflows across 4 verticals (Compliance, Self Service Application, Server Automations and SaaS) within BigFix
    • Laid the ground work for BigFix Digital Employee Experience (DeX), which went on to become an AI-powered workspace management platform.
    • Mentored and coached 5 junior designers, establishing research frameworks, prototyping standards, and collaborative handoff processes.
